Payment Methods
Security: For Both Methods we can not view any Credit Details. Payments are sent securely through Paypal. Once we receive confirmation of payment Items are packaged and sent within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise)
We are also now using Google Checkout. To use google checkout click on the symbol on the view cart page.
E-mail Paypal: (For order in items)Once we have confirmation of the products you require we will send you a paypal e-mail, follow the link and pay on their secure website. You do not need to have a paypal account to use this feature.

Shopping Cart: Choose the options (if required) and add to cart. Either proceed with Paypal to pay for items or click the Google Check Out Icon

 
Paypal: You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal. Use your credit cart as normal
Google Checkout: Enter your card details as normal
 
 
Shipping

In stock Items: These items will be sent within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise) of the full payment. Orders before 4pm are usually sent the same day.

Cost: Rates are based on the weight of the total order package.

Global: We also ship worldwide. For more information please contact us. In order to complete your order please provide us with your telephone number.

 

Out of Stock

If in the event you have ordered an item that is out of stock we will notify you & refund the amount of each item and any shipping charges that no longer apply.

Available to Order

If you see available order this means we will have this item specially ordered for you.
For Meta Bikes products we receive them within 5 - 10 days

Returns/Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of placing your order. All items sent back to us must be in a New/Unused Condition.

All costs in returning the item can not be refunded unless we have sent you the wrong item. Refund may take up to 14 days to issue.

 
 

V!Z Small Batch Orders...All parts from vizbikes.com

All that require custom bikes with custom colors and parts that are not seen/out of stock on our website we can have them ordered from vizbikes.com. Below are the options for having cutom orders.

- Any order over $599 (excl. delivery) may have any part within invoice ordered from vizbikes.com.
- We usually place orders to V!Z every end of the month. If there have not been enough orders the parts will be ordered as soon as possible, you will be notified of the time frame upon request. With this option there is no minimum order.

- If an order is being placed before the end of the month a notification will be placed on our homepage. It will include close off date for placing an order.

Please email us the parts you are interested in and we will invoice you for the parts requested (incl. delivery). If in the event that vizbikes.com are out of stock of that particular part, we will refund you for those parts after notification of what options are available.
