Ko-Bikes KM1 mod frame
The KM1 has got a revolutionary CNC head tube, it’s fully machined out from a single block of 7075 Aluminum. This offer’s great strength at the top end of the frame, and it also provides large surface area for welding. The CNC Head tube has all the un-needed material CNC out, which saves all the unnecessary weight.
Built in booster
The KM1 frame features a built in booster which is designed for dedicated Magura HS33 rim brake use only. The advantages of the built in booster is you don’t have to have another additional booster to enhance your braking power. It eliminates the “Spongy” feeling out of the brake when pulling the lever and it keeps weight down to the minimum. The CNC Booster has all the low stress area's CNC out, which saves all the unnecessary weight.
One Piece Bottom Bracket yoke
This One piece yoke is fully CNC out from a single block of 7075 aluminum. It offer’s a large welding surface for the chain stays, which will eliminate any cracking or snapping of chain stays. The CNC yoke has all the un-needed material CNC out, which saves all the unnecessary weight.
Drop Outs
The KM1 frame features CNC drop outs, this offer’s a large welding surface area, which offers maximum strength. The Drop outs have a threaded hole in each side, for snail cam use.
The frames is fully constructed from U6 Material. This material is proven in the trials world to be the strongest material around.
